Speakers are used for podcasts and events in the media hub to add in guests for these forms of content who may not be regular authors already for your content. You can have multiple speakers for each of your content pieces and a speaker can be added in to multiple content pieces.
Speakers are managed within the Vennture Media hub, clicking speakers in the left hand menu. To add a new speaker, click the Add button in the top right of your screen.

This will then open an 'Add' page ready to be populated with all the details for your speaker. Fill in all the fields here and then click save to use your speaker in your content pieces.
You are also able to add speakers whilst editing a media post by clicking the red + icon and filling in the fields in the next window.

Once you have added your new speaker in, they will appear at the bottom of the drop down menu for speakers ready to be selected.
