The candidates section within Vennture Recruit houses useful information on both registered and unregistered candidates on your website. Registered candidates are those that have created an account on the candidate portal on the website. Unregistered candidates are those that have applied for a job without creating an account.
In Vennture Recruit, registered candidates are marked with a green tick making it easy to spot those that are registered and those that are not.
By clicking on the candidate's name you can access their profile and view all details they have saved such as their contact details along with their applications, shortlisted jobs, CVs and job alerts.
A candidate profile can be deleted and their information removed from the system by clicking the bin icon in the top right corner on their profile. This will remove their data from Vennture Recruit, anonymysing any applications they made, and delete their account on the website so they will no longer be able to log in and use this.
Filtering the Candidate Table
If you are looking for a specific candidate profile, you can use the table to filter or search to find the candidate. You can search against specific fields such as email if you only have certain pieces of information, or you can filter by date if you know when the profile was created from a job application.
