Global modules are a great way to save yourself time on the CMS! If you find yourself in a position where you are setting up the same module multiple times to only display the same information, it may be worth setting up a global module.

Global modules are normal modules that have been upgraded so that they can be used across the whole site while retaining the populated content.

Setting up global modules couldn't be easier. Simply find the module you've setup, click on the module and select the cog icon

This will bring up the module's settings, where we can now convert it to a global module for use across the site.

Populate the module name field with something that can uniquely identify this module and check the "Make this module re-usable on other pages" box and hit save.

Please note: The module name cannot contain spaces, instead please use hyphens -

Once saved, your new global module is ready to be used across your site on any page.
