The site history area of the CMS is a useful tool that lets you view details regarding the most recent modifications to pages and modules within the CMS.
This can be useful if you come across a page which has changed but is unsure as to who has modified it.
To view the Site History, you will want to navigate to the "Site Settings" option on the left-hand menu:
From there, you will want to select the "Site History" option from the sub menu that appears:
Now that you are on the Site Histroy screen you can filter activity by date and keyword and even export the filtered logs to an excel file.
By default the CMS will filter these results to the last 15 days however you can expand this range to anything you'd like.
Please Note: On some browsers you may not be able to immediately view the page selector should you be viewing a large amount of logs. To see this you will need to scroll down the page as shown below:
