Sometimes a job may not show on your website for multiple reasons - use the below list to troubleshoot this issue before contacting our support team for further assistance.

Job Has Expired

Once a job goes past its expiry date it will no longer be visible on the website. To check a job's expiry date, within Vennture Recruit find the job that is missing and check that the expiry date is after the current date. If the job needs to be visible for longer, simply update the expiry date to a point further in the future and save your changes to update the job.

Job Post Date Has Not Been Reached

Similarly, if a job's post date is in the future after the current date, this job will not show on the website until that date has been reached. You can edit this by updating the post date for that individual job in Vennture Recruit for a date in the past to make the job visible.

Job Tagged Up Incorrectly

If you are looking for a particular job which is not showing up as a search result on your job search page or in a filtered jobs module on your website, check that the job you think should appear has all the matching criteria. In Vennture Recruit, check that your job has been tagged up with the correct sector/specialism/categories to match your search criteria and if not, make the edit.

Job Details Incorrect In ATS

If you are using an applicant tracking system (ATS) such as Broadbean, check that the job has been set as active in the ATS as otherwise the job may not have been posted out to the website. Also, check that the job has a consultant attached to it as Vennture will not accept a job sent through without a consultant.
