Want to see which of your pages are live and which haven't been published in a while?
Within the CMS, when viewing your webpages, there will be a publishing key at the top of the page list that outlines what each icon represents.
There are 3 statuses for pages within the CMS:
- All modifications published to the Live site
- The page has been modified and not yet published
- The page has been disabled from appearing on the site
- Please Note: When disabling a page, it will remain on the live/staging site until a full site publish has occurred.
The following key highlights which icon represents which status and can be found in the CMS above your list of web pages:
To view the key along with the publishing status of your pages, you can navigate to the "Web Pages" option on the left-hand menu.
This will load the default CMS editor along with a list of all the pages you have created. Each page will have a publish status indicator to the right of the edit page button (cog icon)
